Our client, a respected law firm in Portsmouth, is seeking a Legal Assistant Floater to provide support across multiple attorneys and practice areas. Location: Portsmouth, NH

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

What You'll Do:

• Provide coverage and support to attorneys and legal staff across several practice groups
• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and client materials
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Create, maintain, and organize electronic and physical case files
• Assist with document production, scanning, filing, and records management
• Support client intake and maintain professional client communications
• Assist with billing, time entry, and administrative projects
• Step in where needed to help ensure seamless day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Administrative Professional
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to shift priorities and support multiple attorneys effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
